Responsibilities
Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities and effectively communicate goals and objectives
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, project management skills and effectively work with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution modeling across all Marketing channels to identify optimal patient journey(ies)
Execute A/B testing scenarios to learn patient preference and ideal strategies to deliver premium hearing options while driving desired business results
Contribute to team performance, creating a winning culture with a focus on development to meet performance and development goals

Required
3-5 years of total professional experience with a core focus in Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, or related strategy area, or relevant work experience
Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively synthesize complex findings into action-oriented insights
