Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial and operational requirements.

Design and implement Workday Financials solutions focusing on Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Projects, and Business Assets.

Configure systems and integrate processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Provide training and support to users, ensuring successful adoption of Workday Financials.

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for Workday applications.

Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and industry best practices to provide strategic insights to clients.

Required

Certified Workday Financials Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financials solutions.

Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Projects, and Business Assets.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Workday Financials Certified.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively.

Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.

Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap’s physical office locations.

Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.
