Responsibilities
Analyze potential risks and business impacts resulting from different types of disruptions.
Implement processes designed to improve preparedness and compliance with government regulations.
Field inquiries from employees and management regarding business continuity.
Perform business impact analyses to understand the potential consequences of disruptions.
Participates in the coordination of annual tabletop exercises aimed at enhancing preparedness.
Develop and implement business continuity strategies to mitigate risks.
Coordinate with different departments to create and maintain business continuity plans.
Monitor compliance with business continuity policies and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices in business continuity management
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
3+ years of related experience in managed care or similar
Ability to work effectively and participate in a team environment.
Ability to work independently, organize workflow, adhere to timelines and function in a complex, fast paced environment.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously; with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain strong working relationships with senior and mid-level management and facilitate open communication.
Ability to advise senior management of compliance related risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
