Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including benefits administration, payroll processing, onboarding, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist with HR policy development, implementation, and enforcement.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Provide support to the Recruiter in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Handle administrative tasks such as daily procurement, employee scheduling, document management, and expense reimbursements.

Required
Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
Around 5 years of experience in human resources, with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
