Required
Experience with Thomson Reuters Workpapers CS is required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required
Financial Statement preparation
Approving monthly financial statements
Training and coaching clients
Training and reviewing work of Bookkeepers
Project Management-entire accounting department
Ability to help staff and clients clean up accounting records
Experience in both public and private accounting
Ability to problem solve accounts of companies who have grown from a million to over 10 million very fast and whose books and records are a mess
Assist bookkeepers on keeping the books straight and accurate on a monthly basis
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Peachtree as well as larger programs such as Great Plains or SAP
Proficient in MS Excel, Word
Great judgment and ability to go the extra mile to satisfy clients
