Responsibilities

Design and architect complex, distributed applications that meet scalability, performance, security, and reliability requirements.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Provide Technical Support to teams leveraging the companies Suite of SaaS Applications including but not limited to Tulip and NiceLabel.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the platform's capabilities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security
Conduct performance analysis and optimization to improve application efficiency and resource utilization.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in low-code solutions and SaaS architecture.

Required

Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to roll-up the sleeves and troubleshoot system issues that arise
Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
5+ years of work experience; prior experience in product management and process engineering is a plus
3+ years with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and practices
CS background is a plus; at a minimum you know some SQL and have some basic coding experience
Experience using and integrating Label Management Systems in a Production Environment
Knowledge of security best practices for software environments (preferably as it pertains to the medical field and PHI)
Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
