Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and professional delivery of goals.
Develop and support the implementation of business growth plans within your designated scope of responsibility.
Assist partners in creating forward-looking, data-driven strategic plans and provide them with the most professional solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of DoraHacks’ product suite to offer the best suggestions for DoraHacks’ product for our partners based on in-depth research and understanding of our KA partners.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
2 years of sales experience in the crypto industry.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Business or related fields.
Based in the United States is preferred.
Proven experience and success in enterprise sales, particularly in the Crypto, SaaS, or related industries.
Experience in managing enterprise clients in consulting businesses.
Work experience with top blockchain ecosystems (ecosystem growth, grants).
Experience in managing developer incentive programs like hackathons and grants.
