Responsibilities
Participate in annual benchmarking and compensation surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark various positions.
Conduct ongoing research, analysis, and financial modeling to review and evaluate internal and external equity.
Support new mergers by providing benchmarking insights and best practices.
Research and report on market trends to support future strategies.
Assist in the development and administration of incentive and bonus programs.
Collaborate on compensation plan designs and suggest new elements to consider based on data collected and market trends.
Complete various compensation reports by gathering and analyzing pay data.
Review FLSA position status and ensure proper classification.
Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures.
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure both internal and external equity.
Analyze compensation data within PayFactors and UKG to ensure data integrity and share insights.
Partner with local HR and Operational leaders and provide guidance on compensation based on best practices.
Lead the annual total reward statement process across offices.
Promote an understanding of compensation philosophies, practices, and administration.
Ensure ongoing compliance with various national, state, and local pay regulations.

Required
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Compensation Specialist, Compensation Analyst or in a related role required
Collaborative interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Extensive knowledge of compensation program design and implementation, including local, state and federal pay requirements
Ability to influence and manage change within a virtual environment.
Superior verbal and written communication
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills a must
Experience with Payfactors or similar compensation tool
Preferred
CCP certification preferred
Experience with M&A activity is helpful
