Responsibilities

Design and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with sales and business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient program execution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels are required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for organizational and data analytics purposes.
Provide ad-hoc analysis/reporting for Sales leadership to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance to support the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives.
Drive adoption of sales tools, processes, and reporting dashboards to the sales team
Responsible for analysis of forecast and pipeline data to identify gaps and trends; work with the Sales Management team to address.
Proactively identify issues and provide ongoing data-driven recommendations to improve sales efficiency and support outstanding execution.
Partner with Sales leadership to facilitate annual territory planning and assist the sales team with handling territory integrity continuously.
Serve as a liaison/partner when applicable with other groups such as Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Business Development, Compensation, etc., to assist with research and/or drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Required

5+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in the technology/software industry.
Solid understanding of technology products to bridge the sales and technical operations gap.
Experience overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Strong reporting & data analysis skills with demonstrated ability to translate into executive presentation.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience partnering at an executive level.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for organizational and data analytics purposes.
