Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from hardware product sales and associated services across all markets and customer segments.
Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class domestic & international sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on consistent over-achievement.
Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with product management, marketing, and executive teams to align with product roadmaps, pricing, promotions, and sales enablement programs.
Manage sales forecasting processes and provide accurate projections to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Required
Experience planning and executing against an annual operating plan, P+L ownership.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ability to identify trends and communicate to align teams across the organization, across the globe, and in partner companies.
Deep knowledge of the managed teams and overall knowledge of the broader function.
Reports to top Leadership. Manages multiple teams within a broader departmental function.
5+ years of managerial experience in a professional setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering/Finance required.
Preferred
Master’s preferred.
