Responsibilities
Establish and manage a vibrant customer reference program that sources and nurtures key customer relationships to deliver a portfolio of advocates who can tell stories through various channels and mediums (i.e. case studies, videos, 1:1 conversations etc.)
Connect and collaborate with customers and sales teams to capture and develop customer stories that tell the value of our offerings, and make our customers the champion
Set up and initiate and own our global customer advisory committee and create events and digital communication touch points to keep the advisory and our product management teams connected
Work cross functionally with marketing, creative, product and sales teams to create and deliver the output of customer reference efforts including presentation, social, case studies, collateral and videos
Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer marketing activities and provide regular updates on performance
Own vendor relationships with reference analyst firms and companies such as G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. Developing and executing programs to enhance and leverage these platforms to drive awareness and demand generation
Create and launch upsell and cross sell initiatives working closely with the Growth team and Product marketing
Own and execute a quarterly customer newsletter

Required
7+ years in marketing, including progressive roles working with technical customer audiences
Experience delivering customer reference program case studies and building a reliable customer reference database
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and B2B marketing principles and technologies
Salesforce navigation experience is a must
Proven experience capturing customer stories and developing case studies that showcase the customers experience and the value they received from the product
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Strong project management skills and the ability to own multiple initiatives and drive them forward simultaneously
Keen ability to problem solve and connect with people all over the world!
Preferred
B2B enterprise technology, SaaS and cybersecurity experience preferred
