Responsibilities

Lead or participate in user story mapping sessions with product owners to help break down features into actionable stories.

Develop detailed user stories that capture essential business needs and prepare them for team refinement sessions.

Ensure a shared understanding of the business needs between Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Quality Engineers.

Use Salesforce Admin skills to deliver low-code/no-code stories.

Work closely with developers to confirm assumptions and test code, providing quick feedback to ensure quality.

Stay current on Salesforce and nCino releases, features, and best practices, applying them as needed.

Apply lean and agile principles to improve team understanding and the quality of deliverables.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 3-5 years of related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, Sales, or Bank Operations.

5+ years of experience in IT Business Analyst, Technical Support, or System Administration roles within user-facing software.

2+ years of experience conducting fit-gap analysis between software packages and business requirements.

3+ years of experience facilitating user story mapping sessions to identify Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and break down work into smaller product backlog items.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and build trusted relationships.
