Responsibilities
Lead sourcing and business development efforts throughout the Northeast US.
Focus on front-end sourcing (direct sourcing, managing relationships with bankers, brokers and other 3rd parties).
Build relationships, pitch the value proposition and negotiate LOI terms.
Quarterback the entire deal process from a relationship perspective (LOI to close).
Efficiently manage a high volume deal pipeline.

Required
Financial background
Prior corporate development experience
Experience in front-end sourcing (direct sourcing, managing relationships with bankers, brokers and other 3rd parties)
Ability to build relationships and pitch value propositions
Negotiation skills for LOI terms
Experience managing the entire deal process from a relationship perspective (LOI to close)
M&A background
Ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with physicians
