Responsibilities
Oversee vendor onboarding and management.
Develop and implement processes, procedures, and controls for servicing, money movement, payments, disputes, settlement, and card production.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure quality assurance.
Post-implementation, manage operations to maintain safety, security, customer focus, and efficiency in line with bank standards and culture.

Required
College Degree.
Over 2 years of experience in card operations.
More than 2 years of implementation experience.
2+ years of expertise in money movement and payments (ACH accreditation is a plus).
Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong project management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Effective at planning, prioritizing, and multitasking.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Subject Matter Expert in Card Operations.
Proven risk management skills with credit card domain expertise.
Experienced operational process owner.
Skilled subject matter expert and tester.
Demonstrated ability to execute projects efficiently.
Expert in money movement and payments.
