Responsibilities

Set and execute strategy for our security services, security delivery, community, and research teams.

Own and drive the standard of quality of our services. Regularly review/revise the guidelines and execution methodologies for our services to continue offering high-quality results.

Engage the Cobalt Core, ensuring that we recruit and retain the best security testers for our community.

Work with product management and finance to price offerings and meet internal margin targets.

Work with product management to continuously innovate and execute our product strategy, particularly using automation and AI to improve our offerings.

Represent Cobalt at industry conferences and customer events.
