Responsibilities
Manage relationships and matters with internal clients and outside counsel.
Demonstrate superior legal judgment in the business context.
Demonstrate innovation; generate new ideas and devise original and successful solutions, programs or actions.
Handle and supervise supply chain/procurement and related legal assignments; evaluate both legal and business risks and advise clients accordingly with minimal supervision.
Review and draft procurement documents including terms and conditions, purchase orders and other contracts and advise clients accordingly.
Work closely with and advise clients with respect to supply chain/procurement and related matters.
Projects / duties as assigned.

Required
An LLB or JD from an accredited law school and eligible to practice law as in-house counsel in the relevant jurisdictions.
5 to 8 years of professional experience drafting contracts.
Excellent legal analytical and drafting abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing; to analyze legal materials and other data; to work in stressful conditions under time deadlines; and to provide realistic risk assessments and practical advice to clients.
Preferred
Exposure to supply chain/procurement processes and procedures.
Law firm experience.
Experience and knowledge of the energy industry (and in particular nuclear power).
Experience negotiating IT and software contracts, or industrial services contracts.
