Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with VP of Talent and hiring managers to establish long-term recruiting objectives.
Proactively build relationships with potential candidates.
Prospect and source candidates through methods such as outbound calls, networking, internal applications, email, social media, and mailers.
Utilize company-provided technology to recruit efficiently and quickly.
Coordinate and conduct pre-employment assessments, qualifiers, and interviews to identify top talent and ensure eligibility for employment.
Serve as the liaison and primary point of contact between leadership and candidates, providing timely and accurate feedback.
Fully accountable for hiring process from beginning to finish.
Handle other tasks as they arise or are assigned.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a heavy sourcing style recruiting environment.
Strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a coachable attitude.
Confident and innovative self-starter who excels independently in an ever changing environment.
Advanced knowledge of leveraging social media and web-based platforms for recruiting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Innovative mindset and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in operational computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office (minimum typing speed of 45WPM).
Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
Preferred
Experience with insurance recruiting at companies such as Goosehead, TWFG, Gallagher, HUB, McGriff, Higginbotham, USI, Brown & Brown, Marsh, Pacific Crest, ETC.
