Responsibilities

Utilize critical thinking and prioritization skills to provide exceptional risk management software support to internal and external customers during assigned shift times

Participate in new client system implementations from demoing our software through training and hand-off to the support desk

Investigate client system-related issues and propose both short-term and long-term solutions

Engage with the internal software team to report and user acceptance test both bugs and new system enhancements

Required

6-10+ years in a corporate treasury, finance, or accounting role

5 years of experience in hedge accounting

Demonstrated ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems

Exceptional ability to prioritize business needs on a daily basis based on severity and assess impact to internal and external customers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to successfully deliver on multiple client requests and complex projects at once

Experience doing work in Excel, both basic and advanced

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with tight deadlines

Focus on delivering results in a team-based environment with a growth mindset

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

Hedge accounting software knowledge in one or more of these systems: CapellaFX, GTreasury, Kyriba, Reval, or SunGard

Past experience with accounting software system implementation, QA, beta testing or writing software business requirements, or experience with using Jira

Master’s degree or equivalent experience

MBA or CPA
