Responsibilities

Provide technology architecture guidance, support and coordination to internal business stakeholder and IT systems teams.

Optimize, scale and automate the systems to support the fulfillment processes.

Ensure technical integration is achieved across the technology using the best practices or by API First approach.

Evaluate the impact of enterprise architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder satisfaction and other outcomes.

Develop and execute strategic plans in support of key objectives in a timely and fiscally responsible manner.

Establish and nurture strategic vendor relationships, and influence vendors to align to domain, portfolio, and enterprise strategic objectives.

Drive growth for the business by applying technical and domain expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action.

Identifies and uses various criteria (e.g., time, budget, etc.) to determine IT success and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.

Develop, plan, and implement sustainable, repeatable, and reliable processes; oversees processes.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to direct reports. Manage and coordinate strategic direction for staff.

Required

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field of study plus two (5) years of experience in the job offered or two (5) years of experience in the field of software engineering or program analysis

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field of study plus five (10) years of experience in the job offered or five (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering or program analysis
