Responsibilities
Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.
Research and curate relevant content from various sources to share with the audience.
Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and schedules.
Monitor social media channels and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers, build relationships, and foster a positive online community.
Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by users, escalating them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or other analytics platforms.
Provide regular reports and insights on key metrics, trends, and audience behavior to identify areas of improvement.
Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
Support the social media team in planning and executing social media campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling posts, monitoring campaign performance, and capturing relevant metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design or marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
Assist in managing social media contests, giveaways, or promotions.
Conduct periodic audits of social media accounts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for social media content, campaigns, and strategies.

Required
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, entertainment business, or a related field (or recently graduated).
Knowledge and passion for social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
Able to work in-person at our studio located in Carrollton, Texas
Preferred
Videography experience is a plus
Familiarity with content creation tools, graphic design software, or video editing software is a plus.
Prior experience managing personal or professional social media accounts is advantageous.
