Responsibilities
Assist senior bankers in executing transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments.
Assist with the modeling of in-depth analysis, aid the development of complex financial models, and collaborate on valuations that support major transactions.
Collaborate with internal deal teams to prepare and present client-facing materials
Engage in weekly training sessions focused on refining both technical and client-facing skills.

Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and are able to maintain composure and deliver excellence under pressure.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and have the ambition to drive your career forward in the competitive world of investment banking.
Preferred
Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting is a significant advantage.
