Responsibilities

IAM Design and Optimization: Design and optimize IAM solutions, strategies, and technologies, including in-house solutions, PingOne, Entra, Radiant Logic, SailPoint, and Saviynt.
Security System Development: Design and maintain systems to protect sensitive information, identifying, evaluating, and mitigating complex IAM and technology risks.
Technical Guidance and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to implementation teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored IAM solutions that align with security best practices.
Documentation and Automation: Document IAM architectures, create flow charts, diagrams, and maintain detailed documentation. Analyze and optimize IAM environments to identify areas for automation, improving onboarding and offboarding processes.
Enhance Security Posture: Implement automation in access reviews and compliance, reducing friction in IAM processes to enable secure, timely access.

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in identity and access management, with expertise in PingOne and privileged access management.
Experience with directory services and familiarity with IGA providers (SailPoint, Saviynt, Radiant, AD, LDAP, Entra).
Proficiency in PingOne, Ping Access, and Ping Federate, including DaVinci.
Strong knowledge of Entra and other identity governance solutions.
Subject Matter Expertise in SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to adhere to zero-trust principles and contribute to IAM security best practices.
Expertise in two or more IAM areas, such as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Directory Services, Access Management, and PAM.
Familiarity with automation processes to streamline IAM workflows.
