Responsibilities
Partner with Senior management to align the north star goals of the VAMOS vertical with the overall Men in Blazers business goals, ensuring communication channels are proactive, detailed, and able to empower a remote team across the United States
Develop, maintain and oversee the content production calendar and actual production for all content platforms - audio, video and social, which serves as the platform for communication across all stakeholders - including talent, producers, editors, technical production teams etc.
Create and manage a detailed calendar of upcoming football events in accordance with priority-driven coverage needs
Collaborate with content & editorial teams to ensure that digital content is optimized for each platform, and it is effectively reaching our target audience.
Continuously develop a ‘big picture’ strategy for the VAMOS vertical, finding new and creative ways to produce content and cover stories. Constantly looking forward to find opportunities to bring fresh, new perspectives to the entire vertical
Work with the Partnerships team to create package productions ready to be taken to market to both active and prospective corporate partners.
Install, and continuously improve, best practices and standard procedures of the entire VAMOS team to optimize day to day production.
Partner with script writers to develop interview scripts for guest talent interview recordings
Anticipate and respond to disruptions in the production process to eliminate any production delays
Manage and execute social media & match day coverage across Liga MX, Concacaf, Conmebol, MLS, and other North and South American leagues and organizations.
Oversee and organize a roster of freelance talent to ensure content deliverables are met, and rise to the standard of excellence required
Act as a Talent Manager for host and guest talent, coordinating production schedules, act as a thought partner, and ensure that all talent is aligned on the tone of the production

Required
5-10 years of digital content production experience and platform development, preferably in sports media and broadcasting
Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in film, journalism, media production, or alike
Ability to conduct and manage a team of people including talent, producers, and social media - organizing schedules, tasks, and internal communication
Expertise in the Adobe Suite, ideally Adobe Creative Cloud, Audition, Premier, and Photoshop
Availability to work a non traditional schedule, based around night, evening, and weekend matches and production needs
Deep understanding of all social media platforms, and the tools used to create and publish content
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to easily convey complex concepts to stakeholders
