Responsibilities
Develop and design complex reports using Telerik .NET Reporting, ensuring that they are visually engaging, easy to use, and meet business requirements.
Collaborate with users, developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Utilize technologies such as .NET Core, Blazor, WPF, and Angular to create interactive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Develop SQL queries to build data sources
Implement and optimize reporting solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability across multiple platforms.
Ensure reports integrate seamlessly with existing applications and are compatible with different data sources and systems.
Build and maintain front-end components using Blazor, WPF, and Angular for rich, interactive reporting interfaces.
Work closely with stakeholders to present data and reporting outputs in a clear, understandable way.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports, providing ongoing maintenance and updates as needed.
Document report designs, processes, and code to ensure clarity and transparency for future maintenance and enhancements.

Required
5 Years of experience.
4+ years of experience in report development using Telerik .NET Reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency with SQL, .NET Core, Blazor, WPF, and Angular frameworks for developing front-end reporting solutions.
Strong understanding of report generation processes, data querying, and performance optimization.
Experience in designing user-friendly and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business-focused reporting solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Preferred
Familiarity with other reporting tools or platforms.
Experience with integrating reports into cloud environments or modern architectures.
Knowledge of public safety or similar sectors is a plus
