Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction and strategy for a team of senior engineers
Develop a prioritized roadmap of products, features and engineering asks
Drive the delivery of roadmap commitments on time with high quality
Work closely with a variety of stakeholders (other OCI teams, Oracle Corp teams, product management) to ensure cross-organizational dependencies are managed effectively
Provide regular updates to executive management
Own and deliver a near real time Network Health Intelligence solution involving high volume network telemetry collection and big data processing to enable predictive analytics.

Required

BA/BS or higher degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
8+ years of experience developing/operating/managing products and/or services, including 4+ years in a management position.
Experience quickly understanding new codebases and making cost benefit tradeoff decisions
