Required

Individuals with a variety of skills, including accounting, finance, nonprofit governance, small business ownership, and a commitment to equity in the arts.

Willingness to contribute about 2 hours per month to board service, including the monthly meeting.

100% financial participation from board members, with contributions based on what feels meaningful for each individual.

Individuals from all backgrounds, especially those who bring diverse lived experiences, cultural perspectives, or underrepresented identities.
