Responsibilities

Develop and manage the execution of content strategies that enhance both personal and professional brands of plastic surgeons.

Help onboard new clients with initial content ideas, coordinate content creation with video editors & graphic designers, ensure alignment during shoots, and handle post-production processes, including review, approval, and scheduling.

Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions. These meetings are vital for syncing with the broader strategy for clients, discussing content performance, and receiving direct feedback and coaching.

Use HighKey software and tools such as Basecamp for project management, Notion for documentation and strategy management, and Hootsuite for social media management and scheduling, ensuring streamlined operations and effective communication.
