Responsibilities
Work with relevant internal and external parties on employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
Employees' leave and attendance management
Support employee benefits program and engagement activities
Work pass application, renewals and cancellations
Support workflow enhancement projects by making use of AI platform and tools to automate work flow
Submission of HR related claims and invoices
Any other projects and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned

Required
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business or related fields of study
Fast learner with ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, other language is a plus (as this role works with internal customers in China and Asia Pacific Region)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Self-driven individual and able to work independently
