Responsibilities

Assist in campus recruitment operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as campus events, networking sessions and Open Days.

Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates.

Execute HR projects and initiatives such as employer branding and internal referral programs to acquire suitable talents.

Perform other tasks as required by the manager.
