Responsibilities

Lead the architectural strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with PrimeAI's business objectives and technology vision.

Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure architecture across all platforms and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and operations, to ensure architectural alignment and technical excellence.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to enhance the architecture and overall technical capabilities.

Develop and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.

Mentor and guide the architectural team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical leadership.

Act as the key technical advisor to senior management, providing insights on architectural trends, risks, and opportunities.

Ensure that architectural decisions are well-documented and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Work on behalf of customers to integrate PrimeAI practices and solutions into their environments.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Head of Architecture, Chief Architect, or similar senior architectural role.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex architectural solutions.

Deep understanding of architectural patterns, principles, and best practices, including microservices, cloud-native design, and distributed systems.

Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platform and modern infrastructure development frameworks.

At least one associate-level AWS certification

Ability to produce production quality code in CDK, Python and GitHub.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience in the AI and machine learning domain.

Professional-level AWS certification

Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
