Responsibilities
Come up with exciting ideas and creative solutions for in-play advertising that feel seamless and natural within a given game’s environment.
Work with international ad agencies and brand managers (US and EU markets).
Join briefing/brainstorming calls with clients/ad agencies.
Prepare creative presentations, including working with designers to create mockups.
Pitch ideas to clients/brand managers/ad agencies and follow through.
Work with several departments within the company, including Media, Marketing, Sales, Product, and R&D.
Monitor trends in gaming, entertainment, and technology to ideate awesome new advertising solutions.

Required
7+ years of experience as a creative director, a senior creative strategist in an ad/digital agency, or equivalent position in tech companies.
A jaw-dropping portfolio with various digital and technological solutions that are relevant to the brands we work with.
Experience in working directly with clients, and in putting together creative/strategy presentations.
A team player who takes the lead; with an adaptive, flexible mindset and a strong eye for detail.
True passion for hardcore gaming. The more AAA/eSports games you know - the better.
Preferred
Vast knowledge of ancient Elven magic.
Experience in dual-wielding and/or shapeshifting.
