Factual research and analysis
Legal research and analysis
Preparing documents, agreements and local legislation for government clients
Preparing discovery demands and answers to discovery requests
Attending meetings, court conferences, oral argument, depositions, and/or trial
Drafting motions, briefs, and other documents for filing with the Court

Required
Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, if not upon hiring, then as soon as possible thereafter.
About 3 years of litigation experience.
Ability to perform factual research and analysis.
Ability to perform legal research and analysis.
Experience in preparing documents, agreements and local legislation for government clients.
Experience in preparing discovery demands and answers to discovery requests.
Ability to attend meetings, court conferences, oral argument, depositions, and/or trial.
Experience in drafting motions, briefs, and other documents for filing with the Court.
Ability to work in a principally remote work environment with an appropriate remote work space.
