Global Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive global demand generation strategies for cross-sell and prospects to build pipeline
Implement initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement at the top of the sales funnel.
Uncover, develop and manage a database of customers who have embraced SIQ as a strategic initiative and identify opportunities to integrate these elements into overall marketing processes and campaigns
Drive case studies and customer quotes and manage development of video testimonials
Collaborate with marketing communications, vertical marketing and product marketing teams to support customer-focused cross-sell marketing programs
Oversee global hero campaigns, content syndication, nurtures, and digital marketing initiatives.
Drive innovative and effective marketing programs to support the overall business objectives.
Own the strategy and playbook for martech, ensuring optimal utilization and integration with other marketing technologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend new technologies as needed.
Lead and mentor the Customer Marketing BDR, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Support the BDR to achieve monthly SAL targets and leverage best-practice framework to achieve repeatable success

Required
Minimum 5 years of progressive demand generation marketing experience within a B2B technology company
Experience with 6Sense (or other ABM tools)
Demonstrated success in creating and executing global marketing programs.
Strong understanding of top-of-funnel demand generation strategies.
Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
Demonstrated success of customer cross-sell campaigns to increase pipeline
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Creative thinker who looks to move beyond the status quo
Strong team player, collaborator, and individual executer, with a get-it-done personality that mobilizes and inspires others
Familiarity and comfort with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, LinkedIn, Drift and UberFlip and an ability to leverage these tools for optimal interaction
5+ years of experience in technology marketing
Willingness to travel
BS degree required
