Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding and establish strong relationships alongside our Sales Team.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Conduct quarterly tax projections and estimated payment calculations for clients.
Address unique tax issues with thorough research and strategic solutions.
Manage sales tax submissions and responses to tax agency inquiries.
Support monthly financial statement preparation, including reconciliation and workpaper review.
Other duties as required.

Required
Five (5) or more years of public accounting tax experience, required (Experience in business entity formations and returns a plus).
CPA or EA
Experience with tax preparation, specifically C-Corp, S-Corp, Non-Profits and LLC/Partnership returns, required.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, QuickBooks (QBO, QBD), UltraTax, Outlook.
Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, attention to detail/instructions and maintains compliance in all areas.
History of successful remote work.
Preferred
Experience in business entity formations and returns a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Notion, Monday, or ClickUp (a plus).
