Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies : Organize and lead all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach the Team : Guide the team in the adoption of agile principles and ensure continuous improvement through feedback loops.
Remove Obstacles : Identify and address blockers that may prevent the team from making progress on sprint goals, ensuring optimal performance and delivery.
Sprint Planning and Execution : Ensure that sprint goals are clearly defined, attainable, and aligned with the overall project roadmap. Track sprint progress and manage scope changes.
Promote Self-Management : Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and self-organization within the team.
Continuous Improvement : Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through retrospective meetings and ensure the implementation of actionable feedback.
Metrics and Reporting : Track and report on team performance metrics, such as velocity, burn-down, and burn-up charts, and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
Manage Scope and Change : Assist the team and Product Manager in refining and managing the product backlog. Help prioritize and adapt to changes as needed.

Required
Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to identify challenges, resolve conflicts, and manage risks within a team.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate a cross-functional team.
Experience with agile tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for managing backlogs, sprints, and project metrics.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
