Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of IT Financial Management operations, ensuring effective management and reporting of the IT Budget.
Continuously improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
Guide the IT Leadership Team in financial planning activities, providing data-driven analysis to support wise investment decisions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Finance Team.
Ensure all financial tasks and processes comply with Corporate Finance policies.
Engage in detailed discussions with finance teams on financial accounting policies, practices, tools, and techniques, applying them to IT processes.
Influence IT leaders through strategic financial insights.
Prepare monthly capital and expense projections, offering variance analysis between actual spend and budget/forecast.
Conduct project-based financial analysis and modeling to support capital and operational expenditures, including assisting in business case preparation for financial investments.
Support IT Leaders in creating project authorization for IT Investments.
Develop processes to track and manage benefits post-project completion.
Implement and manage chargeback processes.
Lead the month-end financial process, ensuring accurate accruals and reclasses.
Manage and analyze cloud costs, optimizing spend and implementing cost-saving actions across various cloud services.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated understanding of cloud technology, financial management principles, and data analysis.
Proficiency in managing and analyzing cloud spending data using relevant tools and software.
Exceptional MS Excel skills.
Preferred
SAP knowledge preferred, but open to experience with other ERP systems.
SAP experience is highly preferred.
