Responsibilities

Assist in financial modeling

Supporting real estate acquisitions and development team with underwriting new real estate projects

Assist with conducting market research and analysis including market comps, supplying analysis and market share review

Assist with special projects for Senior Management

Required

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or other related Business majors with relevant or related fields

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Basic understanding of financial reports and accounting

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex ideas to acquisitions team

Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Passion for real estate and driving business within acquisitions

Must be willing to travel to other company sites as necessary

Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
