Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining tax withholding and reporting for clients.

May include: Coordination, Preparation and Filing of Various Tax Forms 1099, W-2, 1042S

Technical tax support for the business, system partners, and our team.

Assist with preparation and maintenance of tax records and research to support internal and external audits.

Responsible for all identification and processing of customer communications related to Tax and TAMRA legislation.

Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries and processes manual transactions due to system limitations that require deviation from standard process screens, scripts or procedures.

Adheres to production, quality, and service standards, including flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules.
