Responsibilities

Understand the VM lifecycle and inventory what standard operating procedures exist, and which would be helpful

Review our VM dashboard(s), our workbench and provide recommendations for improvement based on interviews with key stakeholders

Implement a plan to transition the VM team from working in Outlook to working in a vendor management dashboard

Required

Currently a full-time student pursuing a BA/BS in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sourcing or other Operations related field

Excellent analytical, organizational, tactical and strategic planning and presentation skills

Ability to establish workflows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines

Understanding of vendor management or purchasing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Scout

Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of software, Saas, Paas, and hardware licensing
