Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Develop and create production control software and tools to manage all aspects of production control.

Utilize production control software and tools to manage production schedules, inventory, and resource allocation.

Create reporting and charts to help identify trends.

Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and products through the production process.

Generate and distribute production reports to management and relevant stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements.

Implement and maintain production control policies and procedures to standardize processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Assist in the resolution of production issues and bottlenecks by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Support production planning and forecasting activities by providing accurate and timely data analysis.

Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to determine areas of improvement in relation to data.
