Responsibilities
Develop and implement high-impact growth initiatives that establish NOYACK’s presence and brand in the market.
Spearhead go-to-market strategies that leverage your expertise in DTC marketing and target our key demographics effectively.
Build and optimize revenue operations processes to maximize customer acquisition and enhance user experience.
Foster a vibrant, engaged user community that values financial education and investment.
Work closely with marketing, tech, and operational teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Continuously track KPIs and iterate on strategies to ensure sustainable growth and responsiveness to market dynamics.

Required
8+ years in growth or RevOps roles within financial services, investment banking, asset management, or retail finance, with proven success in DTC strategies, especially in a start-up setting.
Strong history of leading and scaling teams, particularly in start-up environments where 0-to-1 growth challenges are prevalent.
Ability to craft and communicate a long-term growth vision tailored to start-up dynamics.
Comprehensive understanding of Millennial, HENRY, and Gen Z consumer behaviors and expectations.
Proven ability to develop creative solutions for customer acquisition and retention in fast-evolving markets.
