Responsibilities
Ensures successful completion of hiring prerequisites
Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy
Prepare and manage HR reports, and audits
Resolve email and the ticketing inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed
Acts as a point of contact for Cross-Department Problem Solving
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support department goals
Maintains compliance with current minimum wage rates

Required
Minimum of 1 year Professional and/or Customer Service experience
Display exemplary work ethic, professionalism and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate technical capability, strategic thinking, exceptional attention to detail, time management and organization, communication proficiency, leadership and teamwork
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access.
Regularly required to talk or hear.
Regularly required to use a keyboard and computer.
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, and reach with hands and arms.
