Responsibilities
Ideate and write conversion-driven scripts for new ads
Design graphical overlays, text treatments, etc...for video ads
Storyboard new creative ideas using tools like Figma, ForePlay, Notion, and more
Consistently create premium UGC ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Work with internal and 3rd-party production partners to create video, gif, and other types types of formats for ads
Organize UGC shoots with our creators or conduct your own shoots
Find ways to source new UGC creators who product high-quality ad content
Analyze performance data, come up with new ideas for big swings and iterations that can improve performance
Work with our internal team to build client-facing reports that help us make key creative decisions

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
3-5 years of experience in a creative role at an e-commerce company or e-commerce-focused agency
Experience with Figma is required
Experience creating performance-driven ads for Facebook, TikTok, Youtube
Experience shooting UGC videos yourself for paid platforms
Can-do attitude is a must; this is a start-up that requires you to wear many hats and deal with a certain level of day-to-day uncertainty
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate is preferred
Experience driving projects forward in design including websites, paid media, apps, and email is strongly encouraged
