Responsibilities
Develop load testing scenarios and scripts to evaluate application infrastructure performance.
Perform load, stress, and endurance tests, analyzing results to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with Application and Middleware teams to coordinate and execute testing strategies.
Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Zabbix, and CloudWatch for in-depth post-test analysis.

Required
8+ years of experience as a Performance Engineer with expertise in Load Runner, Jenkins, and AWS
Proficiency in scripting tools, including Load Runner and PowerShell
Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and attention to detail
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
