Responsibilities
Developing efficient and cost-effective plumbing designs for multi-family, commercial, institutional, and light industrial facilities.
Designing and drafting plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects.
Selecting, scheduling, sizing, and specifying essential plumbing components, such as fixtures, drains, and equipment.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of project work plans.
Ensuring project designs meet schedule deadlines and remain within budget constraints.

Required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the design and drafting of residential, commercial, institutional, or light industrial plumbing systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proven track record of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred
A two-year or four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit MEP is preferred.
