Responsibilities
Develop, articulate, and execute liquidity strategies to ensure Kapitus maintains sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs within current and prospective asset backed facility requirements.
Manage the company’s internal liquidity stress testing processes to recommend the size and composition of the liquidity buffer in collaboration with the Capital Markets team.
Work closely with the Anaplan CoE to scope and support the build-out of feature advancements in the Liquidity and Optimization models.
Collaborate with broader Treasury Operations and Capital Markets teams to develop BAU and contingency funding plans, evaluate liquidity allocation decisions, and provide input on liquidity matters.
Distribute weekly liquidity scenario presentations, informed by connected business planning (i.e. Anaplan), to the executive audience.
Manage the company's short-term investment portfolio to maximize returns while ensuring liquidity.
Maintain strong governance over liquidity policies, procedures, and controls.
Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports and in depth analysis to business units and executives.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to ensure liquidity considerations are integrated into the company's overall strategy.
Grow and develop a support team as portfolio volume and complexity increase.

Required
5+ years of prior experience in financial services, ideally with focus on portfolio management
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field required
Preferred
Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & VBA
Robust knowledge of financial concepts and business technology
Experience with Anaplan is a plus, experience with forecasting and reporting systems a must
Experience with Kyriba or another treasury management system is a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability
