Required
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in the state of Washington
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to draft legal documents such as declarations
Ability to prepare briefs
Ability to conduct legal research for hearing preparation
Ability to keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible
Preferred
Experience in family law
Interest in collaborative law and conflict resolution
Desire to work in a relaxed atmosphere with a focus on low-conflict cases
