Responsibilities
Handles the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes but not limited to, posting job requisitions, forwarding resumes to hiring managers, sending offer letters and completion of onboarding.
Processes new hires and completes I-9 in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
Handles inquiries related but not limited to policies, benefits, employment verifications and unemployment.
Assists with medical documentation provided to HR and requested by employees.
Assist with the review/approval/denial of disciplinary actions.
Manages documents and checklists within our HRIS. This includes saving and uploading documents from employees to HRIS, monitoring document and checklist completion.
Assist with managing access groups for supervisors and management within HRIS.
Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy with a high level of integrity
Ability to remain unbiased and keep relationships with all employee's professional
Ability to accept constructive feedback and act on recommendations
Assist with payroll task.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative role, preferable in human resources.
Demonstrates Excellent Communication & Written skills.
High Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Demonstrate Excellent time management.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Preferred
Some College or SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.
Bilingual: Spanish and English.
