Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain automation tools, scripts, utilities and frameworks that enhance the efficiency and productivity of engineering teams.

Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure teams to improve and expand our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring faster and more reliable software releases.

Develop and implement strategies for code quality and automated testing to maintain high-quality code standards.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the development and deployment process.

Create clear and concise documentation for tools and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new software engineers.

Collaborating closely with key music industry stakeholders as well as colleagues across the U.S. and Canada.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field

4+ years Test automation experience (Python, TypeScript a plus)

Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright and Selenium preferred)

Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing tools

Experience building test frameworks and tools

Experience with CI/CD optimization or test automation framework development

Experience in Bazel or other build tools and deploying in AWS

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments

Bias towards action, finding ways to deliver better solutions more efficiently

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Excitement about the music business and helping artists and songwriters grow
