Responsibilities

Conduct user persona research to align coaching programs with user needs, motivations, and preferences.

Assist in developing competency and talent development frameworks that support user growth and program goals.

Research and recommend new skills and categories to keep programs relevant and aligned with industry trends.

Interview TaskHuman coaches to collect source material and insights for program content.

Prepare and organize program mapping documents (PMDs) to structure program objectives and outcomes.

Coordinate and oversee the content creation process with coaches to ensure consistency and alignment with program goals.

Design group session presentations with detailed notes and guidance for coaches to enhance program delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product and client-facing teams, throughout the program design and launch phases to ensure seamless execution.

Contribute to additional tasks as needed to support program development and continuous improvement.
